Expedited New UK Passport
for Children Requirements, Instructions & Application
To Obtain a New Child UK Passport, Applicant Must Meet
the Qualifications:
Applicant is a UK citizen less than 16 years old legally residing
in the US, AND;
Applicant has most recent passport is in his or her possession,
AND;
Applicant's passport is not damaged (normal wear & tear
is acceptable).

1.1
Current
Passport
Applicant must submit their current
valid or recently expired passport in order to renew the passport.
Old Passport will be returned marked "Cancelled".
1.2
Passport
Photos
Applicant must submit two (2) identical
passport photographs. These may be obtained at many Post Offices,
Kinkos, Mailboxes Etc or similar locations. Poor photos are
the most common reason for delay in passport issuance.
Please Note: As of July 1, 2008,
it is required that applicant not smile or wear glasses in
photo. This is related to facial recognition software. Applicant
must have someone counter sign both the application and passport
photos.
Applicant must submit a computer-generated
itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency showing
departure from the U.S. If traveling on business and no itinerary
is available, a letter on company letterhead indicating dates
and purpose of travel will suffice. If applicant does not
posses proper itinerary, please contact us for options.

Authorization
Letter
Applicant must submit "Letter
of Authorization" which allows ItsEasy Passport to
submit the application to the UK Embassy on behalf of both
parents or legal guardians on behalf of the child. Letter
MUST be signed in blue
ink.
Unless current passport has a valid
US visa, applicant must provide a color copy of US Permanent
Resident Card (aka - Green Card).

Government
Fees
The UK Embassy charges $167.00
for a 32-page child passport.
This fee may be paid by credit card payment to ItsEasy
when filling out the order form below or by money order or
cashiers check made payable to "British Embassy Government
Accounts. The embassy does not accept personal or
business checks.

Child UK Passport Application (C-2)
Applicant must submit one completed
new passport application form (C-2). Application must be filled
out in it's entirety.
Please note Section 8: Counter Signatory - Applicant must
have someone counter sign both the application and passport
photos. Parents may counter sign for their child's application.

DO NOT forget to sign and date the completed
application on behalf of the child.
Applicant must submit an ItsEasy
order form which provides contact information, service request
and payment information.
Please note: When ordering
your UK passport, you MUST select ItsEasy's 3-5 day processing
($179), however fulfillment times by the UK Embassy are generally
2-3 weeks. During busy times such as May-August, estimated
time frames can be over a month.
Ship all UK passport documents
to ItsEasy Passport for processing.

document shipping. When completing the online order form above, you will be
offered the use of the ItsEasy FedEx account to send document to us. By selecting
this service, you will be provided a pre-addressed, pre-paid FedEx air bill
upon completion. For urgent processing, it is recommended you select the "First
AM" option for sending documents to ItsEasy.
