in the country. When visiting the Boston Passport Office, you will
first have to go through a medal detector - as it is a government
building. You will then walk up a flight if stairs to get to the
Passport Office. Standing on the main landing, you will see a glass
room to your right. This is the Boston Passport Agency customer
information counter. You may visit this counter to ask questions
or retrieve completed passports. To the right side past the elevators,
you will see the Boston Passport Agency application room. This is
where Boston passport applicants will go to process their passport
applications with the Boston Passport Office. Similar to a DMV waiting
