IMPORTANT: The consulates used by It's Easy will ONLY accept certain applications forms. PLEASE use the visa forms available off this site, forms attained elsewhere could lead to you not getting your visa processed in time for your travel.

SUBMIT YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT

	Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of the expected trip
	You must have a completely empty visa page in your passport. (Note that the last few pages of your passport are amendment pages NOT visa pages)

	Completely fill in the form so as not to delay your application.
	We have included the average processing times each consulate takes to process visas. However, the consulate has the final say in processing your visa. Nationals of certain countries requires approval from Brazil's foreign ministry. In these cases the processing time can be 2 full weeks. It's Easy has no control over these cases.

SUBMIT ONE PASSPORT PHOTO

This must be a 2x2 (inches) white background photo taken within the past 6 months.

SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR TRAVEL PLANS

	This must be a copy of round trip tickets or itinerary from an air carrier or travel agent.
	It must show flight information, the dates of departure and return to the U.S. and the applicant's name
	Do NOT send the actual tickets.

FOR APPLICANTS WITH CHINESE PASSPORTS

PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES

	Provide your 3 most recent bank statments (Originals).
	You must show that you have at least $100 in your account for every day that you will be in the country. This is NOT a letter from the bank stating how much money you have in your account. This is a monthly bank statement (savings or checkings account). A letter from the bank will NOT work. OR
	Buy $100 traveler's checks for every day that you will be in the country and provide us with a copy of these checks.
	If the you do not have bank statements with your name on them then you can use: Bank statements of someone else AND A copy of that person's passport or driver's license AND A letter from that person stateting: They will be supporting you on the trip (include the dates of the trip) Their relationship to you

PROOF OF ADDRESS

Submit a copy of your driver's license, or a utility bill, or some piece of correspondence that contains your name and address.

MONEY ORDER FOR CONSULATE FEE

	You can make your money order payable to "Consulate of Brazil"
	This fee must be paid by US Postal Service money order made payable to the Consulate of Brazil.DO NOT SEND PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS.
	Consulate fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It's Easy will not pay consulate fees.

NON U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS - PROOF OF RESIDENCE

	Submit a copy of your valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), Visa, or other proof of your legal status in the United States, with the permission for re-entry.
	If you are only here in the United States as a tourist we cannot help you process your visa, BUT you may be able to get the visa issued by making a personal appearance at the consulate.

Shipping fees can be paid along with the It's Easy Service fee by either Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. (No starter checks).
