BRAZIL BUSINESS VISA

U.S. Passport Holders WILL require a visa. Non U.S. citizens should visit our FAQ section on the left to see if a visa is required.

1. SUBMIT YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT

   	Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of the expected trip
   	You must have a completely empty visa page in your passport. (Note that the last few pages of your passport are amendment pages NOT visa pages)

2. SUBMIT ONE BRAZIL APPLICATION FORM

   	Don't forget to sign the form!
   	Processing time for applicants in the New York Jurisdiction is 2 to 3 business days. (Does not include shipping time).
   	New York Jurisdiction: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Bermuda
   	Completely fill in the form so as not to delay your application.

3. SUBMIT ONE PASSPORT PHOTO

   This must be a 2x2 (inches) white background photo taken within the past 6 months.

4. SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR TRAVEL PLANS

   	This must be a copy of round trip tickets or itinerary from an air carrier or travel agent.
   	It must show flight information, the dates of departure and return to the U.S. and the applicant's name
   	Do NOT send the actual tickets.

   
   
5. APPROVAL BY MINISTRY OF LABOUR

   A application must be submitted to the Ministry of Labor in Brazil by the sponsoring institution or company in Brazil at the following address:

   Only after approval by the Ministry of Labor in Brazil will the Ministry of Foreign Relations authorize processing the Visa.

6. SUBMIT BUSINESS LETTER FROM THE COMPANY SENDING YOU

   	A letter on company letter head signed by someone in the company other than the applicant
   	The letter should introduce the applicant, state how long the applicant has been working for the comany, detail the purpose of the trip, when the trip is to take place, that the company will be financialy responsible for the applicant, and how long the trip is scheduled to be.

7. MONEY ORDER FOR CONSULATE FEE

   	You can make your money order payable to "Consulate of Brazil"
   	Consulate fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It's Easy will not pay consulate fees.

8. NON U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS - PROOF OF RESIDENCE

   	Submit a copy of your valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), Visa, or other proof of your legal status in the United States, with the permission for re-entry.
   	If you are only here in the United States as a tourist we cannot help you process your visa, BUT you may be able to get the visa issued by making a personal appearance at the consulate.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click the link below to print the IT'S EASY ORDER FORM . Completely fill it out and sign it. (You only need to fill out one It's Easy order form per order, even if there are multiple applicants).

2. SERVICE FEE - Either include a check or money order payable to "It's Easy Inc" or fill in the credit card information on the It's Easy Order Form. (Starter checks are not acceptable)

   $55 per application

3. Include RETURN SHIPPING. Choose one of the following:

   	A Prepaid, filled in airbill from FedEx, UPS, or DHL
   	$20 Standard Shipping & Handling
   	$35 FedEx Saturday Delivery (check with FedEx in your area for availability)
   	$55 FedEx First Overnight (check with FedEx in your area for availability)

   Shipping fees can be paid along with the It's Easy Service fee by either Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. (No starter checks).
4. Ship all the REQUIREMENTS listed above in the requirements section, the IT'S EASY ORDER FORM, the IT'S EASY SERVICE FEE, and your RETURN SHIPPING to the following address:

We STRONGLY recommend you send your documents by FedEx. FedEx has the most reliable drop off times for courier services in the New York area. (They consistently deliver before 10:30am).
