CHINA BUSINESS VISA

U.S. Passport Holders WILL require a visa. Non U.S. citizens should visit our FAQ section on the left to see if a visa is required.

1. SUBMIT YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT

   	Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of the expected trip
   	You must have a completely empty visa page in your passport. (Note that the last few pages of your passport are amendment pages NOT visa pages)

2. SUBMIT ONE CHINA APPLICATION FORM

   	Don't forget to sign the form!
   	If you are of Chinese decent be sure to fill in your Chinese Name in the Chinese Characters.
   	Completely fill in the form so as not to delay your application.
   	IMPORTANT: If you are traveling into Tibet you need special approval - CLICK HERE for details.

3. SUBMIT ONE PASSPORT PHOTO

   This must be a 2x2 (inches) white background photo taken within the past 6 months.

4. BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENT

   	Business letter from company in china inviting client
   	Business letter from company in the US
   	Need Bank statements with more then $500
   	The letter should introduce the applicant, detail the purpose of the trip, when the trip is to take place, and how long the trip is scheduled to be.
   	A fax of this letter is almost always allowed. Emails are not acceptable.

   To obtain a entry visa your invitation letter must be approved by a the Chinese government (the company in China should take care of this for you).

   Without the letter there is no guarantee that you will be given the multiple entry visa, it will always be up to the Chinese Consulates discretion to issue multiple entry visas.

5. MONEY ORDER OR COMPANY CHECK FOR CONSULATE FEE

   	You can ONLY use a company check if it is an oversize check. That is, if your company check is the same size as a personal check it will NOT be accepted.
   	You can make your money order or company check payable to "Consulate of China "
   	Consulate fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It's Easy will not pay consulate fees.
   	NON U.S. Passport Holders should check the FAQ section for visa fees.

6. NON U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS - PROOF OF RESIDENCE

   	Submit a Notarized copy of your valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), Visa, or other proof of your legal status in the United States, with the permission for re-entry.
   	If you are only here in the United States as a tourist we cannot help you process your visa, BUT you may be able to get the visa issued by making a personal appearance at the consulate.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click the link below to print the IT'S EASY ORDER FORM . Completely fill it out and sign it. (You only need to fill out one It's Easy order form per order, even if there are multiple applicants).

2. SERVICE FEE - Either include a check or money order payable to "It's Easy Inc" or fill in the credit card information on the It's Easy Order Form. (Starter checks are not acceptable)

   	4-5 Days Submission $55 per application
   	1-2 Day Submission $65 per application
   	Emergency Service Call Office $125 per application

3. Include RETURN SHIPPING. Choose one of the following:

   	A Prepaid, filled in airbill from FedEx, UPS, or DHL
   	$22 Standard Shipping & Handling
   	$35 FedEx Saturday Delivery (check with FedEx in your area for availability)
   	$55 FedEx First Overnight (check with FedEx in your area for availability)

   Shipping fees can be paid along with the It's Easy Service fee by either Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. (No starter checks).
4. Ship all the REQUIREMENTS listed above in the requirements section, the IT'S EASY ORDER FORM, the IT'S EASY SERVICE FEE, and your RETURN SHIPPING to the following address:
