U.S. Passport Holders WILL require a visa. Non U.S. citizens should visit our FAQ section on the left to see if a visa is required.

1. SUBMIT YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT

   	Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of the expected trip
   	You must have a completely empty visa page in your passport. (Note that the last few pages of your passport are amendment pages NOT visa pages)

2. SUBMIT ONE INDIA APPLICATION FORM

   	Don't forget to sign the form!
   	Completely fill in the form so as not to delay your application.
   	NOTE: The India Consulate has undergone some internal changes. As as of Oct 1, 2007, the India Consulate will temporarily not issue Same Day visas. Current turn-around time for most classifications of visas is 3 - 5 days. Please contact our office if faster service is required!

3. ADDITIONAL FORM IF YOU ARE A NATIONAL OF SRI LANKA

   If you are from Sri Lanka you must fill this form in as well

4. SUBMIT TWO PASSPORT PHOTOS

   These must be 2x2 (inches) white background photos taken within the past 6 months.

5. SUBMIT BUSINESS LETTER FROM THE COMPANY SENDING YOU

   	A letter on company letter head signed by someone in the company other than the applicant
   	The letter should introduce the applicant, state how long the applicant has been working for the comany, detail the purpose of the trip, when the trip is to take place, that the company will be financialy responsible for the applicant, and how long the trip is scheduled to be.

6. SUBMIT BUSINESS LETTER FROM THE COMPANY INVITING YOU

   	A letter on FOREIGN company letter head
   	The letter should introduce the applicant, detail the purpose of the trip, when the trip is to take place, and how long the trip is scheduled to be.
   	A fax of this letter is almost always allowed. Emails are not acceptable.
   	IMPORTANT: You will ONLY need this letter if you are requesting a 10 year visa. if that is the case, the letter must also specify that the company in India is expecting to be doing business with you for the next 10 years.

7. MONEY ORDER FOR CONSULATE FEE

   	You can make your money order payable to "Tra Visa Outsourcing "
   	Consulates can change their fees without any notice. It's Easy will not pay for any consulate fees under any circumstances.

8. ALL PASSPORT HOLDERS - PROOF OF RESIDENCE / ADDRESS

   	All applicants must submit proof of residence / address when applying for the visa. A clear photocopy of drivers of drivers licensce, state ID, or utility bill will be acceptible. Non US Passport holders must also submit the folowing: Submit a copy of your valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), Visa, or other proof of your legal status in the United States, with the permission for re-entry.
   	If you are only here in the United States as a tourist we cannot help you process your visa, BUT you may be able to get the visa issued by making a personal appearance at the consulate.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click the link below to print the IT'S EASY ORDER FORM . Completely fill it out and sign it. (You only need to fill out one It's Easy order form per order, even if there are multiple applicants).

2. SERVICE FEE - Either include a check or money order payable to "It's Easy Inc" or fill in the credit card information on the It's Easy Order Form. (Starter checks are not acceptable)

3. Include RETURN SHIPPING. Choose one of the following:

   	A Prepaid, filled in airbill from FedEx, UPS, or DHL
   	$22 Standard Shipping & Handling
   	$35 FedEx Saturday Delivery (check with FedEx in your area for availability)
   	$55 FedEx First Overnight (check with FedEx in your area for availability)

   Shipping fees can be paid along with the It's Easy Service fee by either Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. (No starter checks).
4. Ship all the REQUIREMENTS listed above in the requirements section, the IT'S EASY ORDER FORM, the IT'S EASY SERVICE FEE, and your RETURN SHIPPING to the following address:

We STRONGLY recommend you send your documents by FedEx. FedEx has the most reliable drop off times for courier services in the New York area. (They consistently deliver before 10:30am).
