U.S. Citizens: Passport required. If holding passport issued in Guam or Samoa (American) visa not required for a max. stay of 20 days. In all other cases: visa required. Visitors may upon arrival apply for a visitor's permit entitling them to stay for a period as may be granted provided holding: (1) tickets for return or onward travel, or sufficient funds to purchase them; and (2) sufficient funds for maintenance during stay; and (3) where applicable, a visa (issued prior to arrival).
Canadian Citizens: Passport and visa required. Visitors may upon arrival apply for a visitor's permit
entitling them to stay for a period as may be granted provided holding:(1) tickets for return or onward travel, or sufficient funds to purchase them; and (2) sufficient funds for maintenance during stay; and (3) where applicable, a visa (issued prior to arrival).
