TRAVEL TO MICRONESIA

It's Easy CANNOT help process visas for visits to Micronesia.

The following is taken from the U.S. Dept of States Travel Pages:

MICRONESIA, FEDERATED STATES OF (Chuuk, Kosrae, Pohnpei, and Yap) – Passport (must be valid for at least 120 days beyond the date of departure), birth certificate or FSM entry permit.  Sufficient funds and onward/return ticket required.  Stays exceeding 30 days require an entry permit, extendible (up to 1 year from date of entry) after arrival in Micronesia; obtain forms from airline.  Upon arrival without a valid entry permit, fill out and submit an FSM Immigration Arrival and Departure Record.  Departure fee for Chuuk, Kosrae, and Pohnpei is $10 (U.S.), and $5 (U.S.) for Yap.  Health certificate may be required if traveling from infected area.  HIV test required if staying over 90 days; U.S. test is accepted.  For further information, contact the Embassy of the Federated States of Micronesia, 1725 N St., NW, Washington, DC 20038 (202/223-4383) or the nearest Consulate: Hawaii (808/836-4775) or Guam (671/646-9154).
