RUSSIA BUSINESS VISA

U.S. Passport Holders WILL require a visa. Non U.S. citizens should visit our FAQ section on the left to see if a visa is required.

1. SUBMIT YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT

   	Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of the expected trip
   	You must have a completely empty visa page in your passport. (Note that the last few pages of your passport are amendment pages NOT visa pages)

   If you do not have a passport, or your passport does not meet the above requirements click HERE FOR PASSPORT SERVICES, to go to our Passport Section and we will help you get your passport up to date.

2. SUBMIT ONE RUSSIA APPLICATION FORM

   	Don't forget to sign the form!
   	Completely fill in the form so as not to delay your application. (You can leave the question "DO YOU HAVE MEDICAL COVERAGE", and "DEPARTMENT OR ORGANIZATION TO BE VISITED" blank).
   	IMPORTANT: Make sure you fill in your correct travel dates. Russian visas are issued based on the TRAVEL DATES that YOU FILL IN. We cannot process Russian visas without your travel dates listed.

   APPLICATION FORM U.S. CITIZENS (Complete 2 for multi entry visas)

3. SUBMIT ONE PASSPORT PHOTO - SUBMIT 4 PHOTOS FOR MULTIPLE ENTRY

   	This must be a 2x2 (inches) white background photo taken within the past 6 months.
   	Multiple Entry visas require 4 photos.

4. MONEY ORDER OR CHECK FOR CONSULATE FEE

   	You can make your money order or company check payable to "RA CONSULTING "
   	Consulate fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It's Easy will not pay consulate fees.

5. SUBMIT ORIGINAL INVITATION VOUCHER

   Please note that if you are NOT providing an invitation letter and are paying the extra fees for us to provide the letter (the extra fees are built into the consulate fees), then the business invitation WILL be from our company.
   
   An Original Invitation Voucher is an official letter of invitation from the Russian Ministry of the Interior, its local offices or the Russian Foreign Ministry, its regional representatives, or any other authorized Russian agency. The letter must contain: official seal and legal address of the agency, document registration number, date of registration, signature and name of an authorized official, travel itinerary, dates of stay, names of persons invited. The Russian consulate will not take faxes of these forms. The only exception to this is the organization directly faxed the Russian Consulate and provided you with the Telex Number. Note that we only work the New York consulate, so we cannot help you if your invitation was directly faxed to the Washington Consulate.

6. AIDS TEST

   As of April 1st, 2004 If you apply for a visa valid for more than three months (multiple re-entry visa), you must submit HIV Test (AIDS) Certificate.
   

7. NON U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS - PROOF OF RESIDENCE

   	Submit a copy of your valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), Visa, or other proof of your legal status in the United States, with the permission for re-entry.
   	If you are only here in the United States as a tourist we cannot help you process your visa, BUT you may be able to get the visa issued by making a personal appearance at the consulate.

   SUBMIT PROOF OF HEALTH INSURANCE

   	If you hold a passport from the following countries the Russian Consulate will require a medical insurance policy submitted together with your application: Austria, Belgium, Greece, Denmark, Spain, Iceland, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Germany, France, Finland, Sweden, Israel, Estonia, Lithuania, and Czech Republic.
   	Medical insurance policy should be effective for the whole period of validity of Russian visa. The following American insurance companies have Agreements with Russian counter partners and will be accepted by the Russian Consulate Coris-Usa Worldwide Assistance Services, Inc

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click the link below to print the IT'S EASY ORDER FORM . Completely fill it out and sign it. (You only need to fill out one It's Easy order form per order, even if there are multiple applicants).

2. SERVICE FEE - Either include a check or money order payable to "It's Easy Inc" or fill in the credit card information on the It's Easy Order Form. (Starter checks are not acceptable)

3. Include RETURN SHIPPING. Choose one of the following:

   	A Prepaid, filled in airbill from FedEx, UPS, or DHL
   	$22 Standard Shipping & Handling
   	$35 FedEx Saturday Delivery (check with FedEx in your area for availability)
   	$55 FedEx First Overnight (check with FedEx in your area for availability)

   Shipping fees can be paid along with the It's Easy Service fee by either Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. (No starter checks).
4. Ship all the REQUIREMENTS listed above in the requirements section, the IT'S EASY ORDER FORM, the IT'S EASY SERVICE FEE, and your RETURN SHIPPING to the following address:

We STRONGLY recommend you send your documents by FedEx. FedEx has the most reliable drop off times for courier services in the New York area. (They consistently deliver before 10:30am).
