Current Passport

Applicant must submit their current passport.

Note: In order to obtain Algeria visas, passport must have one blank visa page and not expire within the next six months.

1.2

Visa Photo Requirement

The Embassy requires two (2) identical passport style photographs taken within the last 6 months. Visa photos should not be the same used for the passport.

1.3

Proof of Travel

Applicant must submit a computer-generated itinerary from a travel agency or online booking engine showing departure from the U.S. and arrival/departure in Algeria.

Hotel Confirmation

Applicant must submit hotel confirmation showing the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the hotel.

Note: This can be part of the Proof of Travel listed as item 1.3 above.

Proof of US Residency

Applicant must submit a legible color copy of valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), Visa, or other proof of legal status in the United States, with permission for re-entry.

Business Visa Requirement (Invitation)

Algerian business visa applicants must submit a Letter of Invitation from the inviting party or organization in Algeria. The letter should introduce the applicant, detail the purpose of the trip to Algeria, provide dates of the visit and be signed by a company officer with contact details included.

Fax or scanned/printed are generally acceptable.

Business Visa Requirement (Business Cover Letter)

If applicant is requesting a business visa, applicant must submit a Business Cover Letter from a U.S. company indicating purpose of travel, duration and moral and financial responsibilities. Please review the example Business Cover Letter below.

Visa Application

Applicant must submit one completed visa application.

Ship Documents to ItsEasy

Ship all visa documents to ItsEasy Passport and Visa for processing.

ItsEasy recommends our preferred shipping partner Federal Express (FedEx) for document shipping. When completing the online order form above, you will be offered the use of the ItsEasy FedEx account to send document to us. By selecting this service, you will be provided a pre-addressed, pre-paid FedEx air bill upon completion. For urgent processing, it is recommended you select the "First AM" option for sending documents to ItsEasy.
