Armenia Business Visas

Current Passport

Applicant must submit their current passport. Armenia business visas are stamped into a passport, therefore the Armenia Embassy requires the original passport.

Note: In order to obtain Armenia business visas, passport must have one blank visa page and not expire within the next six months. If you require passport services, please visit our expedited passport services section.

1.2

Armenia Business Visa Photo Requirement

The Armenia Embassy requires two (2) identical passport style photographs taken within the last 6 months. Visa photos should not be the same used for the passport.

Proof of Travel to Armenia

Applicant must submit a computer-generated itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency showing departure from the U.S. and arrival/departure in Armenia.

Business Cover Letter

All Armenia business visa applicants must submit a Business Cover Letter from a U.S. company indicating purpose of travel to Armenia, duration of stay and moral and financial responsibilities. Please review the example Business Cover Letter below.

Letter of Invitation to Armenia

This should be verified at the Consular Department of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The confirmation for business travelers will be cabled to the Embassy. Applicant should provide a fax or scanned/printed copy.

Armenia Embassy fees may be paid by credit card when filling out the ItsEasy online order form below or via money order made payable to "Embassy of Armenia".
