Note: Although not required for Azerbaijan tourist visa processing,
travelers whose international immunization cards do not show inoculations
against yellow fever within the past ten years may be subject to

1.1
Current
Passport
Applicant must submit their current
passport. Azerbaijan tourist visas are stamped into a passport,
therefore the Azerbaijan Embassy requires the original passport.
Note: In order to obtain Azerbaijan
tourist visas, passport must have one blank visa page and
must not expire within the next six months. If you require passport

1.2
Azerbaijan
Tourist Visa Photo Requirement
The Azerbaijan Embassy requires
two (2) identical passport style photographs taken within the last 6 months. Visa photos should not be the same used for the passport.
Applicant must submit a computer-generated
itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency showing
departure from the U.S. and arrival/departure in Azerbaijan.

Letter of Invitation
Invitation should be sent through Consular
Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
If applicant is using travel agency: confirmation
from receiving tourist organization in Azerbaijan or from
a hotel is required. Tourist visa is valid for exact dates
of hotel accommodations purchased in advance
For visitor visas if invitation from the
citizen of Azerbaijan is not sent through Consular Department
of the MFA, the applicant has to state exact address and phone
number of inviting party in the application form and to enclose
it a copy of Azerbaijan citizen`s identity document.
