1.1

Current Passport

Applicant must submit their current passport.

Note: In order to obtain Bolivia visas, passport must have one blank visa page and not expire within the next six months.

1.2

Visa Photo Requirement

The Embassy requires two (2) identical passport style photographs taken within the last 6 months. Visa photos should not be the same used for the passport.

Proof of Travel

Applicant must submit a computer-generated itinerary from a travel agency or online booking engine showing departure from the U.S. and arrival/departure in Bolivia.

Hotel Confirmation

Applicant must submit hotel confirmation or letter of invitation from friends or relatives in Bolivia.

1.5

Medical/Health Requirement

Applicant must submit an International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (except for minors age under 1 year).

Proof of Finances

Applicant must submit a bank statement indicating that the applicant has sufficient funds to sustain them while they are in Bolivia.

Bank statement may consist of either a print out of your statement (online statements are acceptable) or a letter from the bank giving the balance, signed by an employee of the bank on the bank's letterhead.

Proof of US Residency

Applicant must submit a legible color copy of valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), Visa, or other proof of legal status in the United States, with permission for re-entry.

Business Visa Requirement

If applicant is requesting a business visa, applicant must submit a Business Cover Letter from a U.S. company indicating purpose of travel, duration and moral and financial responsibilities. Please review the example Business Cover Letter below.

The following Bolivia visas are generally available for non-US citizens. Please note that entries, validates, processing times and fees may vary based on nationality:

Bolivia Embassy fees may be paid by credit card when filling out the ItsEasy online order form below or via money order made payable to "Embassy of Bolivia". Non-US citizens are encouraged to pay via credit card to avoid potential delays.

Ship Documents to ItsEasy

Ship all visa documents to ItsEasy Passport and Visa for processing.

When completing the online order form above, you will be offered the use of the ItsEasy FedEx account to send document to us. By selecting this service, you will be provided a pre-addressed, pre-paid FedEx air bill upon completion.
