China Business Visa Expediting
Service, Information, Requirements and China Business Application
To obtain China business visas, simply follow the China business visa requirements:
Note: The Chinese Embassy has stated
that all China visa applications submitted between September 8th
and 11th will take 7 days to process.
1.1
Current
Passport
Applicant must submit their current
passport. China business visas are stamped into a passport,
therefore the China Embassy requires the original passport.
Note: In order to obtain China
business visas, passport must have one blank visa page and
not expire within the next six months. If you require passport

1.2
China
Business Visa Photo Requirement
The China Embassy requires two
(2) identical passport style photographs taken within the
last 6 months. Visa photos should not be the same used for
the passport.
Applicant must submit a computer-generated
itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency showing
departure from the U.S. and arrival/departure in China.

Letter
of Invitation
Applicant must submit Letter of
Invitation from the inviting party or organization. The letter
should introduce the applicant, detail the purpose of the
trip, provide dates of the visit and be signed by a company
officer with contact details included.
Fax or scanned/printed are generally acceptable.
1.5
Business
Cover Letter
All China business visa applicants
must submit a Business Cover Letter from a U.S. company indicating
purpose of travel to China, duration of stay and moral and
financial responsibilities. Please review the example Business
Cover Letter below.
China Embassy fees may be paid by credit card when filling
out the ItsEasy online order form below or via money order
made payable to "Embassy of China".
NOTE:
"Processing" refers to business days in the embassy
and does not include processing or shipping. NOTE: Embassy
