Current Passport

Applicant must submit their current passport.

Note: In order to obtain Russia visas, passport must have one blank visa page and not expire within the next six months.

1.2

Visa Photo Requirement

The Embassy requires two (2) identical passport style photographs taken within the last 6 months. Visa photos should not be the same used for the passport.

Proof of Travel

Applicant must submit a computer-generated itinerary from a travel agency or online booking engine showing departure from the U.S. and arrival/departure in Russia.

Proof of Health Insurance

Applicant must submit proof of international health insurance. A photocopy of a health insurance ID card is generally acceptable.

Proof of US Residency

Applicant must submit a legible color copy of valid Alien Registration Card (Green Card), Visa, or other proof of legal status in the United States, with permission for re-entry.

Business Visa Requirement

If applicant is requesting a business visa, applicant must submit a Business Cover Letter from a U.S. company indicating purpose of travel, duration and moral and financial responsibilities. Please review the example Business Cover Letter below.

Official Invitation

Applicant must obtain your invitation prior to completing the visa application listed below as information from the invitation is required to complete the application.

If applicant is requesting a tourist visa, applicant Applicant must submit a certified Russian invitation from a hotel or tour company. If applicant does not poses an invitation, ItsEasy can secure an invitation for you. Please contact us for details.

Visa Application

For single/double entry visas, applicant must submit one originally signed completed Russia business visa application.

For multiple entry visa application, applicant must submit two originally signed applications.

The application must be completed using an online wizard provided by the Russian government. This policy was implemented and mandatory as of July 1, 2011. The wizard can be difficult to use however this process is now required.

After clicking the link below, select "Registration" from the links in the top and enter information requested to be issued a ID number (Declarant) and password. Write these down. APPLICANT MUST INCLUDED the Declarant and password when sending documents to ItsEasy.

Russia Embassy fees may be paid by credit card when filling out the ItsEasy online order form below or via money order made payable to "Embassy of Russia". Non-US citizens are encouraged to pay via credit card to avoid potential delays.

Ship Documents to ItsEasy

Ship all visa documents to ItsEasy Passport and Visa for processing.

ItsEasy recommends our preferred shipping partner Federal Express (FedEx) for document shipping. When completing the online order form above, you will be offered the use of the ItsEasy FedEx account to send document to us. By selecting this service, you will be provided a pre-addressed, pre-paid FedEx air bill upon completion. For urgent processing, it is recommended you select the "First AM" option for sending documents to ItsEasy.
