hannan picAntoinette Leon joined ItsEasy.com in 2017 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President. She oversees company-wide operations and ensures quality control across all departments. Antoinette also manages the implementation of international travel regulation updates, maintaining compliance with the evolving standards of each country’s government.

With a hands-on leadership style, Antoinette plays an active role in training both new and existing employees. She is deeply committed to continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

Antoinette brings extensive expertise in developing and implementing international programs. Prior to joining ItsEasy.com, she was the CEO and Founder of a nonprofit organization launched in 2011 in the Middle East. The NGO provided shelter and support to women and children in vulnerable situations. She also served as a Case Worker for refugee resettlement efforts in Cairo, Egypt.

Raised in a multicultural family, Antoinette was exposed to multiple languages from an early age. Her fluency in Arabic, Armenian, and Spanish is a valuable asset that enables her to effectively serve a diverse global clientele.

Outside the office, Antoinette is an avid traveler. She believes that travel is not just a passion but a form of therapy — the ultimate antidote to life.
