The service was FANTASTIC! They keep you informed every step of the way, multiple times. At no point do you wonder what's going on. I am recommending this service to anyone who tells me they need to renew their passport. Thanks to the entire it's easy Team!

Paid for the concierge service for expedited passport. Turns out we needed a DS64 form. I used the ItsEasy website to fill it out. I didn’t fill out the optional boxes because 1. It was optional and 2. I didn’t want to fill out info I wasn’t sure of. I printed, signed and handed it to someone in the office who said, looks good! Come to find out 3 business days later (not including the weekend), the optional boxes were NOT optional according to the government so I had to resubmit the form to again which took a few more days. When paying for a concierge service, I would expect them to label the form properly on their website so I fill it out correctly AND to not okay something that isn’t done properly.

I don't often take time to write these things. But these guys have blown me away. I've used them twice recently for Brazilian visas for people in my office. The turnaround (from California to N.Y.) has been 6 business days (from FedEx ship to FedEx receipt). This service saves me an incredible amount of time & makes it as easy as possible with the way they streamline the process. It is worth every penny. I had to call them in N.Y. because of an error I realized I had made, and they couldn't have been more helpful in correcting it for me. They are an invaluable service that delivers better than it promises.

Wow. I seriously can't believe it. ItsEasy was able to get me a passport in 2 days. Seriously awesome work. Everyone there was super helpful - I also enjoyed the fact that everytime I called, I got a real person on the phone. No pushing numbers and no sitting on hold.
