The service was fast and efficient, it is a lifer saver to be able to fast track with this service the hassle of passeport renewals. Nevertheless the people who greeted me seemed cranky and impatient with me and the other customer there. Not happy to greet customers!

Thank you It's Easy. We needed an expediter to obtain visas to China in a short period of time. I had to call several times with questions and was always able to talk to a real person with very little wait. After I sent in my passports, they kept me updated on line and returned the passports with the Visas 4 days later as promised. It really was easy.

Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates. If you need to get anything rushed for your passport (e.g., visa for a foreign country, extra pages, etc.) call these guys. As others have written about on this site, this company delivers what they promise...period. And they promise to deliver some pretty hard to believe services. After my assistant and I called many other places (including the country's local embassy) who claimed I simply couldn't get a visa as quickly as I needed one, these guys got me one in 24 hours. I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family.
