We were in a tough position as my son’s passport was stolen at college in the Midwest during a home burglary. He was headed to Europe in a few weeks so we started scrambling given the time to get a new passport but a friend recommended Carlson at It’sEasy and we were skeptical at first but trusted the process. I have been using IT'S EASY for many, many years and I cannot possibly sing their praises loudly enough. They offer first class service, an extensive knowledge and expertise in all fields of the visa and passport processes, and the staff is helpful, friendly, and ready to go all out to help and serve their clients. Miraculously, they got the kid's passports at 2:30 pm on the 6th, caught a cab to JFK at 3 and, easily, made our flight to Paris. It is a rare thing to find people who take a personal interest in your welfare. I felt that throughout the process. They were clear about what needed to be done and that there was only one chance to find success here. I followed their instructions to the letter and trusted their professionalism completely. I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. My sisters and I "planned" a last minute trip to family homeland of Guyana. Unfortunately I didn't have a passport. I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!
