This is a great service—-you do it all from home—-the app gives you all the direction you need to create your new passport—-once you create your new pictures and update your info you send them to an It’s easy address. When it arrives everything is checked and in our case my wife’s picture needed to be taken again. Once approved everything is submitted to the government for their approval. When they approve the new passports they are created and shipped to you—-total tracking updates are provided from the time your post office receives the passports until the new ones are on their way to you. In our case the whole process took two weeks. Very happy and now set for another 10 years. I highly recommend this company

The young lady that helped me at your Grand Central office was throughly courteous, professional and patient. As a person who works in the world of customer service I thought that she was terrific.

ItsEasy was able to obtain our visas to China, which we would have been unable to do on our own. They answered all my questions and gave helpful advice about how to fill out the application. We really appreciated that our application was reviewed and pre approved before we submitted it. I would give them 5 stars except for the following issues. The email we received once our order had begun was sent to multiple people, and some of the information did not apply to us. For instance, it said to “fill in current employer since you still work there”, but my husband and I are both retired. That was very confusing. There were other comments that did not apply to us. I emailed our contact and pointed this out, and asked her to resend the information that applied specifically to us. She did, but all our emails continued to have the other names and addresses on there. Not very confidential either. Although we received instructions for how to complete the application, not everything was explained. For instance, it did not state that if your parents are deceased, mark N/A on that section. The employment section was also confusing since we are retired. I called one time with questions, and the woman was very cordial and very helpful. I’m sorry I don’t recall her name. My other major concern is that when sending our passports back, ItsEasy should require a signature for the FedEx delivery. Our passports were delivered to a neighbor’s house, and left on their doorstep. It took me awhile to track it down, and caused considerable angst.

It’s not often I write a review, however I had to about It’s Easy & Visa Services. I had a FANTASTIC experience here at It’s Easy! The service was incredible. The people were wonderful! They helped me get my new passport in six hours! INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring passport/visa needs!

I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!

Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates. I could not be happier with the Team at Its Easy. They work in a high pressure environment, but they were always cheerful and helpful. Thanks for your good work.

Wow. I seriously can't believe it. ItsEasy was able to get me a passport in 2 days. Seriously awesome work. Everyone there was super helpful - I also enjoyed the fact that everytime I called, I got a real person on the phone. No pushing numbers and no sitting on hold. Thank you guys for getting it done and helping me step by step! Now if you don't mind, I'm going to end this review... I am officially on vacation thanks to you guys!
