We had some issues with our visa but Talya Tammaro was extremely helpful. She kept us informed throughout the process and was able to walk us through the issues and get answers to our questions. She was able to help us get a single entry visa, although we still need to figure out how to get the correct type 211B vs. 211A for our employees. Overall I was very impressed with Talya and her level of service and responsiveness.

The staff was extremely helpful and insightful in completing a double visa application, and an unexpected passport renewal. The members of the team were helpful over the phone when unanticipated concerns arose, and helped us choose the best option to ensure our passports were returned correct, and on-time for our trip. In terms of ease of use, clarity, and responsiveness of the staff, I give 5/5 stars. In terms of pricing, the services are costly (although on-par with other online agent services). We did have an unexpected passport renewal come up during our visa application , and the expedited service is $299, yikes. The time crunch gave us no choice but to pursue that option (our fault, not Itseasy's) - but that is a significant amount of money to renew a passport. -- If you plan your services ahead of time and allow for a buffer period and choose the non-expedited options, then It'seasy is a great service to use.

I would not have managed this process of getting a Chinese visa without this team. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my visa in time, answered all of my questions, and made a difficult process go over smoothly. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

Great fast service! A lot of the "fast" depends on how busy the Embassy is for China Visa's, but it was turned in about a week for us. Website provides good info and I called verifying a few extra details and they were very helpful. They did suggest making sure each name was on the hotel or stay paperwork. This proved to be very difficult for our hotel to provide (SPG), so we switched to Marriott and they made it work (but it was difficult, they had to add each named as the primary, email it to me and then cancel it and add the next one...and put the reservation back to the real primary name at the end). I don't know if this makes a difference, but it worked for us. I would absolutely recommend this service!

This service worked EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED. The staff (easily accessible) answered a couple of questions I had while filling out the paperwork.
