This is a great service—-you do it all from home—-the app gives you all the direction you need to create your new passport—-once you create your new pictures and update your info you send them to an It’s easy address. When it arrives everything is checked and in our case my wife’s picture needed to be taken again. Once approved everything is submitted to the government for their approval. When they approve the new passports they are created and shipped to you—-total tracking updates are provided from the time your post office receives the passports until the new ones are on their way to you. In our case the whole process took two weeks. Very happy and now set for another 10 years. I highly recommend this company

I don't often take time to write these things. But these guys have blown me away. I've used them twice recently for Brazilian visas for people in my office. The turnaround (from California to N.Y.) has been 6 business days (from FedEx ship to FedEx receipt). This service saves me an incredible amount of time & makes it as easy as possible with the way they streamline the process. It is worth every penny. I had to call them in N.Y. because of an error I realized I had made, and they couldn't have been more helpful in correcting it for me. They are an invaluable service that delivers better than it promises.

I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!

I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. Thank you It's Easy. We needed an expediter to obtain visas to China in a short period of time. I had to call several times with questions and was always able to talk to a real person with very little wait. After I sent in my passports, they kept me updated on line and returned the passports with the Visas 4 days later as promised. It really was easy.
