From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. Thank you It's Easy. We needed an expediter to obtain visas to China in a short period of time. I had to call several times with questions and was always able to talk to a real person with very little wait. After I sent in my passports, they kept me updated on line and returned the passports with the Visas 4 days later as promised. It really was easy.

These people are what they claim to be. I know you're skeptical whether or not they can deliver. Let me assure you, they can! I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!
