I highly recommend your service to anyone in need of a passport in an expeditious manner. The process was easy to follow from start to finish. Prices were more reasonable than any other services that I checked. Correspondence was impeccable. I was kept in the loop with emails and text messages every step of the way. In addition through their chat options I was advised to do the process through their app for a larger discount on the price all in all I cannot say anything but wonderful things about this company

I want to offer high praise to Chris in the Concierge department. He made the process of getting China visas for both me and my husband (for different trips) flawlessly with speed, easy accessibility and patience with my questions. I would ask for Chris to handle future Visa needs.

They were incredible! Did everything I needed in order to renew my passport and get me a passport ID card! Quick as well. Everything from start to finish was done in less than two weeks! Highly recommended.

This company was excellent to work with! It all started on a Sunday morning with a nice lady helping me through the easy steps. I got everything in the mail Monday a.m. and had my passport by Thursday a.m. I couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service and great auto-emails keeping you informed of your order. It’s not often I write a review, however I had to about It’s Easy & Visa Services. I had a FANTASTIC experience here at It’s Easy! The service was incredible. The people were wonderful! They helped me get my new passport in six hours! INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring passport/visa needs!

Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates. I could not be happier with the Team at Its Easy. They work in a high pressure environment, but they were always cheerful and helpful. Thanks for your good work.
