What An awesome Experience! I needed to update my Passport but the government wanted to me to fill out a bunch of extra paperwork because I lost my Passport CARD. David, the President, Actually took the time to call me and then followed up by text to walk me through what I needed to do to bypass the red tape the government wanted in order to get my Passport ASAP. You all did great and got my passport back to me before we left town for 2 months. My issue is with the US postal service. I took your label and put it on a USPS envelope. The USPS returned the envelope saying I didn’t pay the correct postage amount even though I had the label you sent me on the mailer. So I paid the $30 to use fedex as I didn’t trust the post office. I try not to use the post office wherever possible and this just reinforced why I paying the fedex premium is smart.

I don't often take time to write these things. But these guys have blown me away. I've used them twice recently for Brazilian visas for people in my office. The turnaround (from California to N.Y.) has been 6 business days (from FedEx ship to FedEx receipt). This service saves me an incredible amount of time & makes it as easy as possible with the way they streamline the process. It is worth every penny. I had to call them in N.Y. because of an error I realized I had made, and they couldn't have been more helpful in correcting it for me. They are an invaluable service that delivers better than it promises.

I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!

I used the Boston branch of It's Easy to get a tourist visa for China and was *very* impressed. This was the first time I ever used a visa/passport expeditor and I shopped around first to check out a couple of other competing agencies in downtown Boston. I went with It's Easy because their staff were, by far, the most professional that I encountered. I felt completely comfortable handing over my passport to them-- and their service even got my passport back a bit early. Will definitely use them again.
