I have used ItsEasy for both visa applications and passport renewals, mostly for work-related travel. I'm retired now, but receoved a short notice offer of consulting work in the UAE. ItsEasy is in fact very easy to use and has always fulfilled their timeline promises. The irony is that the offer came two days before the US and Israel started bombing Iran. So much for short notice! The job is on hold for now. But if you're in need of passport or visa work done quickly and easily, Its Easy is worth the price.

It's not often I write a review, however I had to about It's Easy & Visa Services. I had a FANTASTIC experience here at It's Easy! The service was incredible. The people were wonderful! They helped me get my new passport in six hours! INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring passport/visa needs!

Thank you It's Easy. We needed an expediter to obtain visas to China in a short period of time. I had to call several times with questions and was always able to talk to a real person with very little wait. After I sent in my passports, they kept me updated on line and returned the passports with the Visas 4 days later as promised. It really was easy.

This company was excellent to work with! It all started on a Sunday morning with a nice lady helping me through the easy steps. I got everything in the mail Monday a.m. and had my passport by Thursday a.m. I couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service and great auto-emails keeping you informed of your order. I don't often take time to write these things. But these guys have blown me away. I've used them twice recently for Brazilian visas for people in my office. The turnaround (from California to N.Y.) has been 6 business days (from FedEx ship to FedEx receipt). This service saves me an incredible amount of time & makes it as easy as possible with the way they streamline the process. It is worth every penny. I had to call them in N.Y. because of an error I realized I had made, and they couldn't have been more helpful in correcting it for me. They are an invaluable service that delivers better than it promises.

I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!
