It was a bit expensive but it was my own fault that I had to use their service in the first place. The service itself was A+ rated. I paid extra for the document verification, which came in very handy with the rushing and mistakes I was making. Communication via phone, online chat and email was all very professional and helpful. Once I had everything in order I sent in my packet. They told me what day they would start working on it and when I could expect my renewed passport back. I actually got it back one day early. If you're in a serious bind with limited time to deal with a passport on your own, I highly recommend this service. It did relieve a lot of stress from me as I didn't have to worry about calling for appointments and traveling. Although I considered this service expensive, I got my money's worth. It's hard putting a price on stress.

Wow. I seriously can’t believe it. ItsEasy was able to get me a passport in 2 days. Seriously awesome work. Everyone there was super helpful - I also enjoyed the fact that everytime I called, I got a real person on the phone. No pushing numbers and no sitting on hold. These people are what they claim to be. I know you're skeptical whether or not they can deliver. Let me assure you, they can! Everyone I spoke to throughout the whole process was helpful, polite, and very professional. All I had to do was gather the documents I needed and send it all in.
