This is a great company and David has great integrity! After several weeks had passed after I submitted my application to renew my passport, I decided I had better follow up. To my dismay, apparently I had not filled out my profile and my passport was not being processed. After contacting the company, I was directed to email the CEO, David directly. David personally called me and walked me through the application. He absolutely assured me that I would have my passport in time for an upcoming trip. And he was so kind and literally made the processing system happen very quickly! I would absolutely recommend this service in a heartbeat! I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. Thank you It's Easy. We needed an expediter to obtain visas to China in a short period of time. I had to call several times with questions and was always able to talk to a real person with very little wait. After I sent in my passports, they kept me updated on line and returned the passports with the Visas 4 days later as promised. It really was easy.
