The service was as easy as possible, I brought the forms in pre-filled and gave them to the agent. He took my picture and then everything was submitted. I got email notifications along the way and my passport (10 days) and passport card (two weeks) came back in less than 2 weeks. The expedited service worked like a charm

Could not have been happier with the service I received from ItsEasy passport. I was one week shy of missing the deadline for renewing my passport and ItsEasy passport saw I could make the deadline and avoid having to create a brand new application. I used the Boston branch of It's Easy to get a tourist visa for China and was *very* impressed. This was the first time I ever used a visa/passport expeditor and I shopped around first to check out a couple of other competing agencies in downtown Boston. I went with It's Easy because their staff were, by far, the most professional that I encountered. I felt completely comfortable handing over my passport to them-- and their service even got my passport back a bit early. Will definitely use them again.

Wow. I seriously can't believe it. ItsEasy was able to get me a passport in 2 days. Seriously awesome work. Everyone there was super helpful - I also enjoyed the fact that everytime I called, I got a real person on the phone. No pushing numbers and no sitting on hold. Thank you guys for getting it done and helping me step by step! Now if you don't mind, I'm going to end this review... I am officially on vacation thanks to you guys!

I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!
