the only problem i had was that the online status was not updated regularly. from the day that the documents arrived until the day that they arrived back, there was no online update. Everything was find, but if i was a worrier, it would have meant lots of phone calls.

I have been living and travelling extensively overseas for 18 years and I can vouch for the fact that visas can be a difficult and "painful" process at best some of the time. ItsEasy has made this usually slow and "painful" process absolutely effortless at a very economical price (even cheaper than I could have obtained the visa myself without them) AND much faster than I could have as well! Only 3 days for a Saudi Arabia visa? NEVER even heard of before this. The best thing I like about "Its Easy" is that they are in midtown of Manhattan accessible through mass transit and above all open on weekends. I am a single mother working Monday- Friday 8Am- 5PM so submitting documents on weekdays were not easy for me, so for that reason, I like Its Easy and recommend to those who want their job done on a weekend.

I used the Boston branch of It's Easy to get a tourist visa for China and was *very* impressed. This was the first time I ever used a visa/passport expeditor and I shopped around first to check out a couple of other competing agencies in downtown Boston. I went with It's Easy because their staff were, by far, the most professional that I encountered. I felt completely comfortable handing over my passport to them-- and their service even got my passport back a bit early. Will definitely use them again.

I don't normally post reviews for on-line services, as they tend to be OK but not great. ItsEasy Passport and Visa is a real gem, and appropriatly named! They provided on-line access to the China visa application to be completed, along with a guide to filling it out properly; fees were clear and accurate; the email-based tracking system was timely and accurate; 24/7 customer call-in service was there if/when you needed it--and they provided excellent real-time information. The visa showed up as-promised, in fact, a week early. This service takes the worry out of getting visas issued and delivered without a hitch--just what this client bargained for! Highly recommended!
