I Went to it's easy to get a visa for VIetnam. While it's not necessary to spend $69 for the service (I have friends who got their visas by following online instructions through the embassy) it's peace of mind that you are getting it done correctly. I ended up with a 3 month visa costing $100 instead of a 1 month visa costing $80 for a 2 week visit, but there didn't seem to be an option for 1 month when I submitted my application. When I asked It's Easy about it after the fact, they explained that Vietnam had changed their requirements more frequently than usual, and there had been some confusion keeping up. However they rebated me the difference unprompted. I was very impressed with the prompt, thoughtful customer service and would recommend It's Easy if you are not comfortable applying on your own.

WOW!! What a great service! My very first time going somewhere that needed a Visa to enter. I paid for the rush to be sure that I received my Visa in time for my trip to China. We were given 3 visa services for a wedding in Tanzania. We chose the least expensive knowing we were giving ourselves plenty of time, no need to pay extra for expediting. I called at least 3 times with questions and always received a courteous, professional response. We were told the process might take longer than the 18 days due to a holiday weekend. From the time we put our materials together to getting our passports with visa back in our hands it took a total of 12 days!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank You!

great to work with Lainie and lynn and jennifer, sent out on tuesday 1/16 in the afternnon, reg shipping and got back my Visa on 1/24 at 3.... i did not use rush so that is unbelievable
