Good news: I received the Visa in a timely manner. Concern: We found out about necessary information after submitting the application despite having multiple conversations and explanations prior to submitting the application. One or two of the critical information did not come up until another person at ItsEasy reviewed the application. That should not be the case. It could've delayed the submission enough to having to withdraw the application.

I was worried about getting visas for my children and me to visit China but I followed the instructions and that made it easy. I did call with one question and the gentleman who answered was extremely friendly and helpful. The turnaround time was quick. Thank you!

Holy canoli. This company blew away past my expectations. I didn't pay extra because I had a little while and received it all within 7 working days. I had to call twice with questions and they were so helpful and had me do it in a way that made my odds of a 10 year to china greater. Its great that you can log in and see where they are at in the progress. I couldn't be more pleased and they will be my source for any and all future visa needs.

At first I was concerned about using this company after reading multiple reviews from different websites that used other companies. I gave it a try and submitted my Indian Visa paperwork but I encountered a problem during my application. I made some mistakes when filling out the papers and I received an email the next business day regarding this issue. I also received an email from Bryan the Account Manager and he explained to me everything I needed to do to fix my application. I sent my new papers on March 30th and Then I received my Visa one week and a half later! I'm so happy and excited to go on my trip. I want to thank this company for making this whole process easy and smooth for me. I also saved money compared to others in the group I am traveling with who used other companies to get their visas.
