Good news: I received the Visa in a timely manner. Concern: We found out about necessary information after submitting the application despite having multiple conversations and explanations prior to submitting the application. One or two of the critical information did not come up until another person at ItsEasy reviewed the application. That should not be the case. It could've delayed the submission enough to having to withdraw the application.

I especially like that I had an actual human to e-mail with questions.

I loved the service! I was extremely close to not being able to go because I started the Visa process really close to my scheduled flight, but my agent helped me throughout the entire process.

Holy canoli. This company blew away past my expectations. I didn't pay extra because I had a little while and received it all within 7 working days. I had to call twice with questions and they were so helpful and had me do it in a way that made my odds of a 10 year to china greater.
