As always, super fast (arrived multiple weeks early). As easy as it gets. Not cheap! But easy

I booked a trip to China and then figured out I needed a Visa, which is quite complicated compared to most countries. After looking up the requirements it seemed like going to the consulate, while doable, was going to be too much of a hassle as I'd likely have to take off two days of work. I looked at reviews for multiple services and decided on ItsEasy given the generally positive reviews and lower end for prices. Overall, I was very happy with the outcome as I received my passport and visa back in exactly 8 days when the standard turnaround was 12 business days. It wasn't the easiest given all the requirements from China, but looking back on the process, it was pretty painless and hassle-free. Pros: -Their free photo app allows you to take your visa or passport photo from your smartphone and saves you the time and money to go get them done at a store or to figure out how to do it and print it yourself. -Fast turnaround -Helpful chat: I had a question regarding some of the paperwork prior to buying any service and got a quick and helpful response. -While some other reviews have noted their phone line was hard to reach or unhelpful, I did have to call and was only on hold for about 2 minutes. Customer service wasn't the nicest in the world but I got my issue worked out. Cons: -When I placed my order, the payment didn't go through but it initiated my order regardless. It took me a few days to figure out I was supposed to call to pay for my order since there was an error through the website. This didn't delay the order but it would have been nice to get an email or phone call to say I still needed to pay. -Shipping costs aren't clear until you start filling out an order. So of course there were some surprise fees. -When I submitted the photos through the photo app, it said someone would review them and let us know if they needed to be retaken. I never got an email or other communication so I assumed they were okay but I would have liked confirmation of that. Also, we did not pay for the doc review service so I was unsure if they would review our photos or not. -There seemed to be more documents required than what is listed on the consulate website. I asked the chat and they said it's because more documents are needed when a 3rd party is submitting it. I didn't totally buy this when comparing to other sites, but they are the experts so I was trusting that they needed this. -Also there were differences between the checklist you get when you place your order the list of docs required on their website. I didn't want to have my application rejected so I submitted everything but it would have been nice if everything was consistent. This may seem like a lot of cons but they were all pretty minor and I think are just areas for improvement. The most important measure is getting the visas and that is exactly what I got. Would definitely use again.

My only complaint is the day after receiving the passport my wife and I received scam telephone calls saying we left paperwork at the Chinese consulate and that I call and have my social security number available.

I have been using IT'S EASY for many, many years and I cannot possibly sing their praises loudly enough. My children found out on the 4th of July that their child passports were expired and the needed new adult passports for a departure from JFK to Paris on July 6th! I called John at It's Easy and he told me my only chance was to get to New York immediately. I changed my flight from Seattle to New York and we arrived at midnight on the 4th. They were on the phone, walking me through the process, at 2 am (the night of the 4th!!! A live person!!! Amazing). We were at the office the next morning and Ricky calmly walked us through our mission. We went to Grand Central Station, got the necessary documents reviewed and sealed and then returned them to It's Easy. At that point, I turned all of my trust over to them. Miraculously, they got the kid's passports at 2:30 pm on the 6th, caught a cab to JFK at 3 and, easily, made our flight to Paris. It is a rare thing to find people who take a personal interest in your welfare. I felt that throughout the process. They were clear about what needed to be done and that there was only one chance to find success here. I followed their instructions to the letter and trusted their professionalism completely. LIFE SAVERS! I needed additional Visa pages added to my passport 28 hours before I was to leave on my trip - literally would not have been able to get back to the US without them. Wow. I seriously can’t believe it. ItsEasy was able to get me a passport in 2 days. Seriously awesome work. Everyone there was super helpful - I also enjoyed the fact that everytime I called, I got a real person on the phone. No pushing numbers and no sitting on hold. I changed my name on everything as soon as my wedding was over. My husband and I just booked a trip to Jamaica and of course when I checked my passport I never changed that. I didn't have time to mail out for the passport and didn't have the time myself to drive all the way to the agency to change it same day. I google them and even called them before I payed for it and sent everything in. The second time I called I even talked to the owner David and he, and his employees, were soooo friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and I could even keep track of my passport progress on their website. I would use them again if I ever had to. My sisters and I "planned" a last minute trip to family homeland of Guyana. Unfortunately I didn't have a passport. Upon searching various rush passport services online and checking with the BBB I came upon itseasy.com. From my 1st phone call to ItsEasy my mind was put at ease. Every operator was patient and kind, even when I called at 4am! I was told EXACTLY what I had to do and received my passport 4 days later! Just got back from my trip and had a wonderful time.
