From start to finish took about 2 weeks to get new passports. Have used ItsEasy 4-5 times - always very pleased. Will continue to use ItsEasy because it’s easy to work with them and they’re great at what they do.

Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates. If you need to get anything rushed for your passport (e.g., visa for a foreign country, extra pages, etc.) call these guys. As others have written about on this site, this company delivers what they promise...period. And they promise to deliver some pretty hard to believe services. After my assistant and I called many other places (including the country's local embassy) who claimed I simply couldn't get a visa as quickly as I needed one, these guys got me one in 24 hours. I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!

These people are what they claim to be. I know you're skeptical whether or not they can deliver. Let me assure you, they can! Everyone I spoke to throughout the whole process was helpful, polite, and very professional. All I had to do was gather the documents I needed and send it all in. Long story short: I'm headed to Brazil next week, and I previously thought I wouldn't be able to get my visa in time. Thanks so much!
