It’s been over a month and I have not received my passport card. Called and was told it takes longer than the passport. This is frustrating and do not not know what else to do. If this was not the case, my recommendation would be much higher.

This process was so easy to do I thought I must have done something wrong! My time is my most valuable commodity and I can’t express enough how fast and easy it was to renew my passport. I travel a lot for work, so in this time of needing a Real ID for every trip, I couldn’t afford to have the process take long. Thanks for everything and delivering a great service as promised!

Excellent have used your services when I needed my passport quickly. Mind you you get what you pay for . High service will cost you but you get results and communication and service way beyond!

I’m glad everything worked out in the end but I believe I was overcharged. I asked for an itemized receipt and have not received one. Moreover, I wanted a new passport and a passport card and after confirming that multiple times i still did not receive a passport card. I’m pretty disappointed at how opaque the process was and I’m not sure I’ll be recommending ItsEasy the way I used to (which was frequent). I don’t think I should have been charged $600+ for an expedited passport (which, again, is not the only service I requested but seems to be the only service I received).

LIFE SAVERS! I needed additional Visa pages added to my passport 28 hours before I was to leave on my trip - literally would not have been able to get back to the US without them. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional - made me relax in what was a very panicked, last minute situation. I would recommend them for any of your needs - was just so EASY. Thank You!

I used the Boston branch of It's Easy to get a tourist visa for China and was *very* impressed. This was the first time I ever used a visa/passport expeditor and I shopped around first to check out a couple of other competing agencies in downtown Boston. I went with It's Easy because their staff were, by far, the most professional that I encountered. I felt completely comfortable handing over my passport to them-- and their service even got my passport back a bit early. Will definitely use them again.

It’s not often I write a review, however I had to about It’s Easy & Visa Services. I had a FANTASTIC experience here at It’s Easy! The service was incredible. The people were wonderful! They helped me get my new passport in six hours! INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring passport/visa needs!
