I had a great experience using ItsEasy.com Passport Service! I wasn’t in a rush for expedited processing, but I really appreciated how easy the whole process was and how the app kept me updated at every step. The regular status notifications gave me peace of mind, especially after I dropped my documents in the mail—I was a little anxious at first, but seeing the tracking updates through USPS quickly put me at ease. The app itself is very user-friendly and even lets you take your passport photo right from your phone! These guys are AMAZING. I thought I had ruined christmas when I accident destroyed my passport the night before my flight to Brussels! CALL THEM OR VISIT RIGHT AWAY, they will totally calm you down and restore your sanity. Make sure you listen to their instructions VERY carefully. It is important to follow them exactly as they say. Do it, give them a couple hundred bucks and you are back in action baby!! [Heck] yeah these guys are THE BOMB!!

If you need to get anything rushed for your passport (e.g., visa for a foreign country, extra pages, etc.) call these guys. As others have written about on this site, this company delivers what they promise...period. And they promise to deliver some pretty hard to believe services. After my assistant and I called many other places (including the country's local embassy) who claimed I simply couldn't get a visa as quickly as I needed one, these guys got me one in 24 hours. I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!

I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. I changed my name on everything as soon as my wedding was over. My husband and I just booked a trip to Jamaica and of course when I checked my passport I never changed that.
