I had a good experience with this company. Once i went to the office they took care of everything. i got mixed information on the phone when i spoke to different people so that was confusing and i did not always get a prompt call back.

Outstanding customer service and I cannot say enough about what a great job Michelle did for me. She was both very responsive and proactive.

A great experience; everything was super easy, including getting my passport photo taken. I received my passport sooner than I expected. I appreciated the email status updates as well. David is a delight to work with.

I’m glad everything worked out in the end but I believe I was overcharged. I asked for an itemized receipt and have not received one. Moreover, I wanted a new passport and a passport card and after confirming that multiple times i still did not receive a passport card. I’m pretty disappointed at how opaque the process was and I’m not sure I’ll be recommending ItsEasy the way I used to (which was frequent). I don’t think I should have been charged $600+ for an expedited passport (which, again, is not the only service I requested but seems to be the only service I received).

These people are what they claim to be. I know you're skeptical whether or not they can deliver. Let me assure you, they can! Everyone I spoke to throughout the whole process was helpful, polite, and very professional. All I had to do was gather the documents I needed and send it all in. Long story short: I'm headed to Brazil next week, and I previously thought I wouldn't be able to get my visa in time. Thanks so much!

It's not often I write a review, however I had to about It's Easy & Visa Services. I had a FANTASTIC experience here at It's Easy! The service was incredible. The people were wonderful! They helped me get my new passport in six hours! INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring passport/visa needs!

These guys are AMAZING. I thought I had ruined christmas when I accident destroyed my passport the night before my flight to Brussels! CALL THEM OR VISIT RIGHT AWAY, they will totally calm you down and restore your sanity. Make sure you listen to their instructions VERY carefully. It is important to follow them exactly as they say. Do it, give them a couple hundred bucks and you are back in action baby!! [Heck] yeah these guys are THE BOMB!!

I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!
