The staff was extremely helpful and insightful in completing a double visa application, and an unexpected passport renewal. The members of the team were helpful over the phone when unanticipated concerns arose, and helped us choose the best option to ensure our passports were returned correct, and on-time for our trip. In terms of ease of use, clarity, and responsiveness of the staff, I give 5/5 stars. In terms of pricing, the services are costly (although on-par with other online agent services). We did have an unexpected passport renewal come up during our visa application , and the expedited service is $299, yikes. The time crunch gave us no choice but to pursue that option (our fault, not Itseasy's) - but that is a significant amount of money to renew a passport. -- If you plan your services ahead of time and allow for a buffer period and choose the non-expedited options, then It'seasy is a great service to use.

Had to get visas to the Bahamas for my family and was a bit anxious to send passports out of state to an online business. But found there was a Boston branch nearby where I lived and decided to go in person instead. Michelle checked over all the forms necessary first and sent everything out for me. I don't often take time to write these things. But these guys have blown me away. I've used them twice recently for Brazilian visas for people in my office. The turnaround (from California to N.Y.) has been 6 business days (from FedEx ship to FedEx receipt). This service saves me an incredible amount of time & makes it as easy as possible with the way they streamline the process. It is worth every penny. Unbelievable service! I found myself traveling to Mexico and our passports had expired. I chose ItsEasy because I got a real person when I called early on a Sunday morning rather than a message. To make a long story short, this provider got us through the process despite snowstorms in New York and shipping issues that would have had our passports arriving hours after our flight was scheduled to take off. Finally, the passport photo Ap that is unique to ItsEasy saved the day when my wife’s photo (taken by a local “professional”) was rejected!
