When I applied for myself and my wife, the process was easy and fast. I choose the normal processing time since I was in no rush, which from my understanding will take only a month. But when I had not heard from them for 3 months, I placed a call to the number in the app and was told that I had not sent the applications, which surprised me because I was told that everything is good. I was able to receive our passports on March 19. I was also told that we were not eligible for the passport cards and that you will refund the money but I have not seen it yet. Maybe you guys are so busy? If not for the long wait, I would have given a six stars. Thank you.

I have been using ItsEasy for YEARS and have never had an issue. I just completed a passport renewal and about to request a visa. They get back to you ASAP with any questions you may have and provide all the information you will ever need.

I have been using IT'S EASY for many, many years and I cannot possibly sing their praises loudly enough. They offer first class service, an extensive knowledge and expertise in all fields of the visa and passport processes, and the staff is helpful, friendly, and ready to go all out to help and serve their clients. They were on the phone, walking me through the process, at 2 am (the night of the 4th!!! A live person!!! Amazing). We were at the office the next morning and Ricky calmly walked us through our mission. We went to Grand Central Station, got the necessary documents reviewed and sealed and then returned them to It's Easy. At that point, I turned all of my trust over to them. Miraculously, they got the kid's passports at 2:30 pm on the 6th, caught a cab to JFK at 3 and, easily, made our flight to Paris. It is a rare thing to find people who take a personal interest in your welfare. I felt that throughout the process. They were clear about what needed to be done and that there was only one chance to find success here. I followed their instructions to the letter and trusted their professionalism completely. I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. If you are stressed about trying to figure out how to get a passport I highly recommend “ ItsEasy.” I’ll never worry again.

I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!

This company was excellent to work with! It all started on a Sunday morning with a nice lady helping me through the easy steps. I got everything in the mail Monday a.m. and had my passport by Thursday a.m. I couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service and great auto-emails keeping you informed of your order. amazing. . .that is really all i can say. . . 48 hours before a trip to mexico, we realized i had a passport card and needed a regular passport. .. ItsEasy helped me get everything filled out and filed and because time was soo short, my passport was waiting for me at the atlanta airport!!! they are a lifesaver!!
