ItsEasy did a good job. Helpful and accurate, we got our passports quickly. Is it worth the price?

I highly recommend It’s Easy for passport renewal because it takes the guess work and anxiety out of this process. When I’ve renewed my passport before, I always felt like it was going into a black hole. With It’s easy, I received emails with the status of my renewal every step of the way. Considering the increase in identity theft these days, going through It’s easy is very worth the fee (which is nominal). Other advantages: they take your photo AND they fill in the paperwork. Will admit some staff are more enjoyable to deal with than others. The woman who worked with me was terrific and she had a sense of humor!

I’m a long-time member of the New York Celebrity Assistants, and I’ve used It’s Easy for years—always with excellent results. But this most recent experience truly went above and beyond. We were suddenly in a bind: my boss and his family booked a last-minute trip to Europe over Christmas break, only to realize their passports were expiring in under six months. I don't often take time to write these things. But these guys have blown me away. I've used them twice recently for Brazilian visas for people in my office. The turnaround (from California to N.Y.) has been 6 business days (from FedEx ship to FedEx receipt). This service saves me an incredible amount of time & makes it as easy as possible with the way they streamline the process. It is worth every penny. I had to call them in N.Y. because of an error I realized I had made, and they couldn't have been more helpful in correcting it for me. They are an invaluable service that delivers better than it promises.

Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates. I could not be happier with the Team at Its Easy. They work in a high pressure environment, but they were always cheerful and helpful. Thanks for your good work.

I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!

This is the first review I have ever written on line. I am now packing to go home from our international trip to Canada (which was awesome) and which could not have happened without ItsEasy. I realized my passport was lost the day before my departure, and I live in New Mexico! I called ItsEasy, and they assisted me every step of the way. I ended up calling three times that day, and they answered immediately each time. They were able to help me navigate the replacement process with appropriate documentation, and low and behold my passport arrived at a Midwest hotel even before I had arrived at the hotel, allowing me to cross the border without problems. I was fortunate to have planned a few days travel within the US prior to crossing the border which allowed time. Nevertheless, I discovered my passport missing in New Mexico on a Wednesday, and my new passport was at a rural hotel in Ohio waiting for me on Saturday morning. Thank you, and my family thanks you. It was worth the $!
