This is by far the best passport company in the US. I filed a simple passport renewal using routine processing. I had plenty of time. After my passport was late, I called the company's call center to ask for help. On a holiday weekend, the owner called me about my passport. Based on his 40-years of experience, he told me that passport processing was suspended even though the the State Department website said it was still in processing. He was right. The passport examiner called me after filing a complaint to say it was suspended but could not tell me why. With State, they call you. You do not call them. The owner walked me through the steps (file a congressional with my senators) to take to fight the State Department. He kept up with me through the entire process until resolved. If not for the owner, I may still be waiting. I got this service for $29.00. You do not see this level of service anymore. Advice: Even if you have plenty of time, use the expedited service. The US Congress has passed several laws in the past 3 years that expands the authority of other agencies to suspend passport processing. Although State may promise you a passport in 6-8 weeks, you will need the additional time to argue with State/Other agencies to correct a simple identity mistake.

I had a complex VISA situation, because of multiple planned trips. In working with It'sEasy I interacted with them online, web chat, email, and phone. Very pleased with service. My mother was suddenly ill so I had to plan a trip unexpectedly. My 17 year old son asked if he could come with me as this might be his last chance to see his Grandmother. Time was of the essence and the only problem was he didn't have a Passport. We received his passport in 12 business days.
