The best thing I like about "Its Easy" is that they are in midtown of Manhattan accessible through mass transit and above all open on weekends. I am a single mother working Monday- Friday 8Am- 5PM so submitting documents on weekdays were not easy for me, so for that reason, I like Its Easy and recommend to those who want their job done on a weekend.

This site is awesome!!! I never waited more than a minute when I called, and due to a miscommunication, (no blame to place), my passport was going to be delivered after I was to leave. But due to the support of Emily and most especially Jennifer, I received my passport on time!!! Actually a day before promised. I can't thank ya'll enough!!!!

This service worked EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED. The staff (easily accessible) answered a couple of questions I had while filling out the paperwork. The system provided timely "status reports" during processing, and I received the passports (with Chinese Visas) back on the exact day forecasted by the ItsEasy system. We couldn't be happier!

I used the Boston branch of It's Easy to get a tourist visa for China and was *very* impressed. This was the first time I ever used a visa/passport expeditor and I shopped around first to check out a couple of other competing agencies in downtown Boston.
