Chris at ItsEasy must be one of the hardest working people in Manhattan! There was not a time of day or night – including the middle of the night – when he did not answer my emails within a few minutes. My engagement with the company was quite deep because over the course of 1.5 years I kept delaying my passport – I’m sure I was a frustrating client! But Chris energy was always positive and utterly competent and professional! I will always use Itseasy even when I’m not in a hurry from now on.

I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!

If you need to get anything rushed for your passport (e.g., visa for a foreign country, extra pages, etc.) call these guys. As others have written about on this site, this company delivers what they promise...period. And they promise to deliver some pretty hard to believe services. After my assistant and I called many other places (including the country's local embassy) who claimed I simply couldn't get a visa as quickly as I needed one, these guys got me one in 24 hours. I used the Boston branch of It's Easy to get a tourist visa for China and was *very* impressed. This was the first time I ever used a visa/passport expeditor and I shopped around first to check out a couple of other competing agencies in downtown Boston. I went with It's Easy because their staff were, by far, the most professional that I encountered. I felt completely comfortable handing over my passport to them-- and their service even got my passport back a bit early. Will definitely use them again.
