My experience with obtaining a renewal of an expired passport on short notice was excellent, but very incomplete. Questions were answered, the process was easy, and the passport arrived when promised. By incomplete, however, I mean that I provided my itinerary to the staff member who helped me, confirming that my first destination (very soon after the expedited application) was to London, yet I was unable to check-in for my flight 24 hours in advance because the UK had no record of my planned entry. Only through my own research 18 hours before my flight did I learn that I needed an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). I called the hot-line and was able to secure the same before my flight, but at a premium expense because of the timing and with more than a full measure of stress. I absolutely would have expected to be informed of the need for an ETA to go to my intended jurisdiction, as the passport alone was insufficient for me to go where I had indicated I was going. So, I was very pleased and then very disappointed.

I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. My sisters and I "planned" a last minute trip to family homeland of Guyana. Unfortunately I didn't have a passport. amazing. . .that is really all i can say. . . 48 hours before a trip to mexico, we realized i had a passport card and needed a regular passport. .. I changed my name on everything as soon as my wedding was over. My husband and I just booked a trip to Jamaica and of course when I checked my passport I never changed that. I didn't have time to mail out for the passport and didn't have the time myself to drive all the way to the agency to change it same day.
