You all did great and got my passport back to me before we left town for 2 months. My issue is with the US postal service. I took your label and put it on a USPS envelope. The USPS returned the envelope saying I didn’t pay the correct postage amount even though I had the label you sent me on the mailer. So I paid the $30 to use fedex as I didn’t trust the post office. I try not to use the post office wherever possible and this just reinforced why I paying the fedex premium is smart.

I was kept informed of the status through the whole process, each step of the way. That alone provided great peace of mind.

I needed my passport ASAP for something other than travel. It was my first time to use ItsEasy. I have to say I was really impressed with the service. Chiffon walked me through the whole process. I got my passport a day before the expected date. Thank you Chiffon making it so easy!!

The service was excellent and efficient. The woman who helped me was friendly and professional and gave me excellent advice. She did not try to sell me the most expensive service but guided me to the one that made the most sense for my circumstances. Several people in my family have used ItsEasy and it has been great every time. I highly recommend them.

I don't often take time to write these things. But these guys have blown me away. I've used them twice recently for Brazilian visas for people in my office. The turnaround (from California to N.Y.) has been 6 business days (from FedEx ship to FedEx receipt). This service saves me an incredible amount of time & makes it as easy as possible with the way they streamline the process. It is worth every penny. I had to call them in N.Y. because of an error I realized I had made, and they couldn't have been more helpful in correcting it for me. They are an invaluable service that delivers better than it promises.

It's not often I write a review, however I had to about It's Easy & Visa Services. I had a FANTASTIC experience here at It's Easy! The service was incredible. The people were wonderful! They helped me get my new passport in six hours! INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring passport/visa needs!

Everyone there was super helpful - I also enjoyed the fact that everytime I called, I got a real person on the phone. No pushing numbers and no sitting on hold.
